| Dr. Kevin R. Nelson, M.D. is the Director of Medical Affairs, Assistant Dean for Clinical Affairs, and Professor of the Department of Neurology at University of Kentucky.
In the Neurology Department, he directs the Neuromuscular clinical neurophysiology laboratory and cares for patients with Neuromuscular disease.
As Director of Medical Affairs within the Chief Medical Office, he is responsible for the credentialing and privileging process of
1300 University of Kentucky Healthcare physicians and providers, and overseeing key clinical activity of 1700 physicians and healthcare providers.
He is also the medical director of the UK Risk Management program.
