Just BE - Self-Healing Technique
In our daily lives and routines, we are asked "to be" or "be present". What is this all about? Is it a philosophical thing? Aren't we "being" since we are here "living" already? We will briefly talk about being, awareness and mindfulness in life and offer simple techniques of aligning the mind and heart as a way of honoring us and our goodness within.
Energy follows intention and practice makes perfect. We will try a guided meditation to experience "Just BEing" and then integrate and extend the practice beyond the meditation time and practice.
Don't be surprised when this shifts us to be more in tuned with our intentions, decisions and acts..
