Good Thought is one of the foundations of Three Noble Truth (Good Thought, Good Deed, Good Speech). It is much easier to have Good Thought for others than having Good Thought for ourselves. We have a higher tendency to punish ourselves with our Thought. We prevent guiding our Thought allowing our Thought guide us, which causes much collision in our brain.
We will discuss this in detail and practice healing techniques to guide ourselves having Good Thought for Ourself.
