Good Speech for Ourselves - Self-Healing Technique
Good Speech is one of the foundations of Three Noble Truth (Good Thought, Good Deed, Good Speech). It is much easier to have Good Speech with others than speaking well with ourselves. We have a higher tendency to punish ourselves with our speech. We quite often yell at ourselves and sometimes yell at others with our inner voice rarely appreciate and compliment our organs, emotions, and thought. We need to compliment and appreciate our physical body, emotional body, and mental body with our inner voice more often to elevate and maintain our energy at a higher level to be most efficient.
We will discuss this in detail and practice healing techniques to guide ourselves having Good Speech for Ourselves.
